Our work groups are the coalition’s main means of fostering collaboration and innovation. Work groups meet monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. See the descriptions and meeting schedule of each group below.

Description: The purpose of this working group is to identify green workforce development programs, partners, and funders, and explore opportunities to unite and expand green workforce development efforts.
Meeting Schedule: Every other month on the 2nd Wednesday (starting January 10, 2024) from 1:00-2:30 pm.
Description: The purpose of this working group is to develop a system to map, track, and value regional GI opportunities and projects.
Meeting Schedule: Every other month on the 1st Thursday (starting January 4, 2024) from 11:00-12:30 pm.
Green Infrastructure Mapping & Tracking

Description: The purpose of this working group is to determine the best strategies to implement and amplify programs, track and share results, maximize MS4 credits, and build additional funding strategies to plant trees in underserved and urban communities.
Meeting Schedule: Monthly on the third Thursday of the month from 3:30-5:00 pm.

Description: The purpose of this working group is to bring together GBWC partners who are passionate about reaching audiences through different tools and strategies.
Meeting Schedule: Every other month on the second Tuesday of the month (starting February 13, 2024) from 11:30-1:00 pm.
