The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC), on behalf of the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board, is conducting a study to develop a concept plan for the Patapsco Regional Greenway, a proposed shared-use path through the Patapsco Valley from the Inner Harbor of Baltimore to Sykesville in Carroll County. 

The public is invited to provide comments on this proposed greenway at this meeting.
